If you cannot stand in a line:
Ask the nearest volunteer to escort you to the front or to bring you a chair. If there are no volunteers available, you may move to the front yourself and let the volunteer managing the line know that you need a seat, or to skip ahead.
If you need a specific seat:
Look for the seats marked as reserved for attendees with accessibility needs. We mark wheelchair/powerchair parking spaces with green tape, and they can typically be found near the front of the room or on an aisle.
If you need a hotel accommodation:
Please email email@example.com to request specific rooms, floors, or a refrigerator for medicine. We will be happy to assist you.
