This information will help you fill out the California State Board of Equalization application for a Temporary Sales Permit for Further Confusion 2011.
Information for BOE400SPA
Fill out the form using your information. For addresses, be sure to place your mailing address, not that of the convention or the hotel. Many dealers have put the convention mailing address or that of the hotel on their forms. This makes it hard for you to get mailings for the CA BOE, and Further Confusion is not liable for forwarding said mis-addressed mail. Use an address that is yours!

Information for BOE403B (Out-of-State account registrant for BOE)
You would put the address of the hotel as a 'California Location'
Address:
The Fairmont San Jose
170 South Market Street
San Jose, CA 95113
Function:
Sales
Telephone number:
Put your cellphone or the like here - This is for the BOE to reach your business
If you are sending a representative rather than going yourself to the convention, then use 'Independant Sales Representatives in California' as the area to list them in. If you are just coming yourself, there is no need to place anything in this area, unless you have such persons elsewhere in California doing business for you.
The rest of the out-of-state form doesn't really have anything that you need information from the convention for.
