We are excited to bring such a talented fine artist to Further Confusion 2008. Ms. Hahn's work is exceptional and should inspire both our artists and attendees.
Dave Barclay, of PerformFX will be joining us in January. Dave is a professional puppeteer whose credits range from Cats and Dogs (working as the lead performance coordinator) to Who Framed Roger Rabbit (the lead puppeteer) to the Star Wars saga (puppeteer of Jabba the Hutt), and many, many more.
We are honored to bring this master-level puppeteer to our event, and expect him to bring some of his puppets to demonstrate their use.
Alexander James Adams is an American singer, musician and songwriter in the Celtic and World music genres. Adams replaced Heather Alexander in her band Uffington Horse and is named her "heir" on Heather Alexander's album Everafter. Adams is also referred to as her "heir" by his and Heather Alexander's business manager, Kore Bommeli.
His debut concert was at Seattle's Norwescon 30, on April 6, 2007. In concert, Adams performs a mix of his and Heather's songs (including March of Cambreadth), interspersed with stories and instrumental fiddle tunes. Adams has announced a CD titled Balance of Nature, to be released in summer 2007. A Yule album has also been mentioned for fall 2007.
Many fans of Heather have accepted this change with open arms and support. Like Heather, Alexander Adams performs at science fiction and furry conventions, such as OryCon and Eurofurence. He is also booked for Highland Games, Renaissance fairs, coffeehouses, and occasional private events like weddings.
